PLATINUM PATIENT
The Platinum Patient™ program is a “Premium Service” that is offered to new and current patients of a physician’s practice. Patients receive value added services that are not traditionally covered by the patient’s health insurance plan(s). The specific services and pricing to patients will be determined and agreed to after the completion of the Feasibility Study and Plan. For the “Premium Services”, patients pay an additional fee. If desired, the physician retains their current practice and continues to provide covered basic medical services to patients and bills their insurance plans accordingly. A minimum of 200 patients are required for the Platinum Patient™ program to succeed, and there are no limits on the practice roster size.

Platinum Patient™ can provide assistance with the ongoing marketing, membership development and patient retention for the Platinum Patient™ practice. Specifically Platinum Patient ™ will:

THE PROCESS

Feasibility Study & Plan – Platinum Patient™ conducts an assessment of the practice including a marketing analysis and feasibility review. Present and periodically update a business plan for the successful launch and growth of a value added practice.

Sales, Marketing & Membership Management – Platinum Patient™ creates and executes a marketing campaign for patient membership sign up and renewal. We manage the timeline that integrates mailings, full website integration, calls, and meetings for an optimal campaign. Provide project management of the patient enrollment process. Establish and reinforce the member retention process. Assist with the Internet web marketing strategy.

Training – Platinum Patient™ provides the physician and staff education and training for the Platinum Patient™ practice including customer service and operations management for a successful Platinum Patient™ practice. Periodic ongoing training will be offered to reinforce quality concepts.

Operations & Billing – Manage the project timeline. Assist with the implementation of operations improvements to support a Platinum Patient™ practice. Implement a practice monitoring of activity and patient satisfaction process. Implement a process for the billing and collections of membership dues. Provide Care Management Protocols that allow the Physician to have a streamlined clinical documentation process.

Human Resources – Assist with screening, interviewing and selection of staff. Establish the work standards for the staff and Physician as well a dress and demeanor requirements. Implement a bonus program for patient acquisition and retention.

Interior Design – Platinum Patient™ will recommend a tasteful interior design for your entire Platinum Practice as well as any structural modifications to the existing space to provide superior service for your valuable patient.

Facility Design - If you decide to build out your own space entirely, Platinum Patient™ can design your hospital, practice, in/out-patient surgery center, diagnostic and ancillary service centers, operating rooms, and large medical buildings.

Medical Records – Platinum Patient™ will advise you on maintaining files & records and the best electronic medical record for Platinum Patient™ care.
