He is an acknowledged authority on physician success, Concierge Best Practices and an internationally recognized consultant, a compelling lecturer, and an accomplished writer.

Formerly with the American Medical Association, Greg is the author of two books, Physician Success Secrets - How the Best Get Better and Practice Enhancement: The Physician's Guide to Success in Private Practice. His work has been featured in The New England Journal of Medicine, The American Medical News, The Wall Street Journal and Medical Economics.

Brita Hess, President - is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience.  She is a recognized national expert on the topic of Concierge medical practices and service quality.  As Vice President and General Manager of Philip Crosby Associates, Inc. (The Creative Factory), she established the Asian operating unit and directed the development of the Singapore National Productivity Board's "Total Quality Program" - the foundation of the country's continuous improvement initiative. 

Brita also developed the Master Instructional Design for customer service management training for Singapore Airlines. She is a former Master Trainer of the Quality College and is also a Registered Nurse and Cardiac Clinical Nurse Specialist. Her past clients include such notable organizations as Walt Disney World Company, Anheuser-Busch, Holiday Inns, Department of the Air Force, and Ernst & Young, as well as major corporations and governments in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand.
